By using SignSlap you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Questions: support@signslap.app.

Using the stickers

You may use SignSlap stickers, including signs you design in the builder, for personal, non-commercial purposes: in messages, email, social posts and similar. You may not resell the sticker images, bundle them into another sticker or emoji product, or use them to suggest that a city, the MTA, NYC Parks or any government agency endorses you. The signs are artistic recreations; SignSlap is not affiliated with any city, transit authority or parks department.

Custom signs

You are responsible for what you write on custom signs and where you share them. Don't use the builder to make content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Purchases

City unlocks and Remove Ads are one-time purchases made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored with Restore Purchases. Unlocking a city by sharing the app is a promotional offer we may change or end at any time; cities already unlocked stay unlocked on that device.

Accounts

An account is optional. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features and content, including cities marked Coming Soon. We try to keep the app available but can't promise it will always be error-free.

No warranty; limitation of liability

SignSlap is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
