Delete your SignSlap account

In the app: open SignSlap, go to Settings › Account, tap Delete Account and confirm. This deletes your account right away.

Without the app: email support@signslap.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your email address, name and password (or Google / Apple account link)
• Your sign-in sessions

What we keep

Records of purchases (product, store transaction ID, date) are kept without your account details, because Google Play and the App Store require them for refunds and restores. You can still restore your purchases with Restore Purchases using the same store account. Favorites, packs and custom signs live only on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them.

Do I need to delete my account to stop using SignSlap?

No. You can simply uninstall the app. Deleting your account is only needed if you want your email, name and sign-in details removed from our server. If you never created an account, there is nothing to delete: SignSlap works without one, and everything you made stays only on your phone.

What happens to my purchases?

City unlocks and Remove Ads are tied to your Google Play or App Store account, not your SignSlap account. After deleting your SignSlap account you can still get them back on any phone with Restore Purchases, using the same store account.
